The routine maintenance and service on my 2001 CR-V went well. During the servicing the technician noticed a couple of items that will need attention in the near future. My service writer, Melanie called and advised of the items that the technician found during the safety inspection. I appreciated being kept informed of the status of my car and the recommended service items.
