This is not your run of the mill repair shop! The customer area is clean and pleasant. The guys are honest and personable. The service is excellent. Prices are a tad higher than our former mechanic. But at least you know you're getting an honest diagnosis and first rate repair service - which saves you money in the long run. Then there are the perks! Free Keurig coffee, shuttle service from and to your house, etc. Here's my favorite Modesti's anecdote: They found a penny wedged in my cigarette lighter socket that was draining the battery. When I came to pick up my vehicle they not only handed me the penny but also provided me with a 8x10 photo of the coin stuck in the socket to show me what was wrong.I already recommended them to two friends and look forward to the next time my Bronco breaks down... okay, maybe not. :)

Love these guys. Very professional and yet very friendly. I've used them for my cars for years and always found them honest, helpful, and knowledgeable about Hondas and Acuras.

I've never had a bad experience taking my car into Modesti's.

I've been a customer of Modesti's for over 12 years and worked in the area of the shop, making it an easy place to have my car servied. Recently I changed jobs and am working in Santa Monica (ick) Monday thru Friday. I was concerned about not being able to continue having my Rav4 serviced by Modesti's. They've bent over backwards and forwards to make it possible for me to continue with their outstanding service.
