Outstanding service! Jonathon and Nick had my back when my catalytic converter was stolen last year during the holidays. They worked with the Insurance company and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I've been going to them for years but this incident has shown me their true colors. My neighbors use the shop also with great satisfaction, the shuttle driver has memorized our location! They require a reservation because they care about quality and attention to detail and this allows them time to properly diagnose and repair your vehicle. Therefore, you will not need to spend time sitting in a long line waiting to be checked in and seen as you might at a dealership. Jonathon was amazing! I came in without an appointment as my car was on the verge of breaking down, and I was seen immediately. Modesti's kept my car for a week, and Jonathon was super communicative throughout. Of all the mechanics I’ve seen before, this was the first one that was so friendly. They were very upfront and simple in explain the repairs and charges!

They performed an inspection of a 2013 Prius that we acquired from a family member to get a baseline of it's condition. They provided a rolor coded eport if the things that are in good condition and some that possibly need servicing with not having the previous service records on hand and provided cost estimates for these items. The main thing is that the +12V starting battery indicated 122 CCA (Cold Cranking Amperage) and the good capacity should be 325 CCA. They charged the battery all day but the measurement still indicated a low CCA and recommended replacing the battery. We mainly have been driving short distances around town and they recommend for a hybrid car that you need to dirvi it at least once or twice weekly to charge up the batteries but this 12V starting battery just may be old and just due to be replaced. It's separate from the 200V hybrid battery that the car runs on. We're trying to retrieve the previous service records to get a better baseline for furture servicing.

My car was making the worst noise, and the dealership told me I needed to replace my front two wheel bearings and would charge me $1900. I called Modesti’s and they told me they would replace both for $900, but they would do the loud side first to see if the other side also needed replacing—turns out it didn’t! What would have cost $1900 at the dealership cost $450 at Modesti’s. They were also communicative, professional, and prompt. Very happy with my experience and will be going back!
