As a customer of over 20 years, I've enjoyed the consistent high standard of service that Modesti's provides.Personable and honest, the staff are more like friends & neighbors to me now. Living in California, your car is a significant aspect of your life and quite frankly, thanks to Modesti's, that part of my life has been a smoothride with the top down on a sunny day on PCH!

While it took much longer to repair my car than I expected, it was not Modesti's fault. Toyota kept sending the wrong part. My only concern was that initially I had to call to find out the status of the repair, but after I complained Modesti's corrected the problem and kept me informed me the rest of the time.

The guys are friendly and honest. Repairs are done as needed, not just because "it's time". I Love and trust Modesti's.
