Excellent experience with Melanie and Jonathan. I always have my guard up when I need to get something inspected or repaired. I’m an easy target to get upsold since it’s obvious I’m not knowledgeable about cars, but I was at ease at Modesti. Everything was explained in a way I could understand and I didn’t feel like i was getting hosed. The complimentary shuttle was also appreciated.
