Yesterday I had my 2021 Lexus 300h serviced at Modesti’s Car Care Center, and I wanted to share how positive the experience was. Jonathan, the Service Manager, was a true professional: knowledgeable, genuine, and easy to trust. I first met him last year before a trip to Las Vegas to visit my daughter, and I immediately felt a good vibe. That’s what brought me back yesterday for service, and I’m very glad I did. The cost was more than reasonable, easily 50% less than what the Lexus dealership would have charged, and as a senior on a fixed income, that matters. Once a car is out of warranty, finding an honest, competent alternative to the dealer can feel like a blind leap, especially for older folks. I’m grateful I walked through the door at Modesti’s. They checked everything thoroughly: tires, brakes, the works and Jonathan actually told me not to come back for another year because everything looked good. Finding a high-quality and trustworthy mechanic feels hard to find. But Modesti's was amazing with my car repair needs after I was getting poor quality parts and service from another mechanic. Jonathan was very communicative and reassuring throughout the repair. He was very transparent with what was happening with my car and why, and my car has been working better since. I feel I can breathe easier now knowing I have a trustworthy mechanic I can go to!
