Yesterday I had my 2021 Lexus 300h serviced at Modesti’s Car Care Center, and I wanted to share how positive the experience was. Jonathan, the Service Manager, was a true professional: knowledgeable, genuine, and easy to trust. I first met him last year before a trip to Las Vegas to visit my daughter, and I immediately felt a good vibe. That’s what brought me back yesterday for service, and I’m very glad I did. The cost was more than reasonable, easily 50% less than what the Lexus dealership would have charged, and as a senior on a fixed income, that matters. Once a car is out of warranty, finding an honest, competent alternative to the dealer can feel like a blind leap, especially for older folks. I’m grateful I walked through the door at Modesti’s. They checked everything thoroughly: tires, brakes, the works and Jonathan actually told me not to come back for another year because everything looked good.
