I felt at ease from the moment I called about a quote. They couldn't do it over the phone but we're able to check my car that day. It feels like a family business when you walk inside. No flashy cold type of civic designs anywhere. Everyone was kind and straightforward and I could tell I was being told the truth. I brought my car in the next morning and Freddie was able to take me home in their shuttle and pick me up at the end of the day when my car was ready. There wasn't a crazy long waiting period and everything done in a timely manner. I'm relieved I've finally found my go to autoshop for fixes that aren't covered at the dealership. Thank you again for everything!

Doesn't work on diesel vehicles, but Melanie was otherwise very helpful in confirming other mechanics in the area who do work on diesel vehicles. I also like how they have a free shuttle and are very responsive to emails.
