One of my worst fears came true when my 99 Honda Civic broke down on the ascent into the Grapevine a couple weeks ago. It was around 5pm, and I spent a long time coordinating with AAA, my family, and figuring out where I could have my car towed too. I landed on Modesti’s because I could do an after-hours drop-off, and they’re located close to a family member’s house, so someone was able to pick me up. These odd circumstances proved to be quite lucky as Modesti’s is not only a professional, empathetic, and quality garage, but also some of the most experienced Honda mechanics in the country. They still regularly work on Hondas even older than my 99! Most important to me, though, was the care that they put into communicating with me and the care they put into my car. Jonathon called me with updates as soon as he could over the course of the working being done, and as my car had really blown itself up in some ways, the repairs took quite a few days. At no point was I unsure or confused about the state of the repairs or my car, and though I was stressed and my plans were thrown off due to the breakdown, I knew the whole time I’d made the right choice by dropping my car off at Modesti’s. I really want to give Jonathon another shout out for being so communicative and understanding through the whole process! And thanks to any and everyone who worked on my car. I highly recommend Modesti’s!
