I rarely post reviews on Google, but for this company, I must make an exception. I’ve been taking my truck to Modesti’s (on Jefferson Blvd, Culver City) for over 5 years. These days, it’s rare to see a business run so well. The quality of work is always excellent, and the customer service is some of the best I’ve experienced from any business, in any industry. Jonathan is extremely kind and polite. Like a friend, he remembers you, your conversations, and your past interactions. He is patient and happy to listen and answer any questions you may have. He’s always there to help, just as you hope people would do naturally in times of need. One of the most important aspects of finding a good mechanic is honesty. In the past, I’ve dealt with establishments that charge you for things you don’t need and up-sale you at every opportunity, while never quite seeming to fix the problem at hand. When I come to Modesti’s, I know I will get an honest evaluation and they will stay true to their word. The labor can be a little expensive, but the prices are fair for the quality offered. Every time work is done on my truck, I am left satisfied, and the problem is always resolved. Their team works quickly and they always maintain flexibility with your schedule. Today, too many businesses suffer from a lack of quality, frustrating customer service, and dishonest management. Modesti’s is a shining example of how a business should be run – I constantly recommend them and I will continue to use them for any and all car service and repairs as long as I live in Los Angeles (no matter what part of the city I’m in). I highly recommend them over any mechanic I’ve ever used in the past. Thanks for all that you do Jonathan, Nick, Melanie, and the rest of the Team!

Great location. Very clean building, inside and outside. Friendly. Courteous. Exceeded My car needs and more work needed so going back. My new favorite car care place to take care of all repairs. My friend has been going to Modesti’s for forty years and now I know why. Trustworthy employees. Honest work.

These guys/gals seem very honest. Labor costs are high, so the price I paid for their time and expertise seemed fair to me. I will be returning to Modesti's in the future. Thanks, John.

Nick was very polite and professional. I had a radiator leak which needed to be replaced as well as a brake fluid change. He quoted a fair price and the work was done on time.

I just had my brakes replaced at Modesti’s and I have to say, this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop. Everyone was nice, but Jonathan really left a great impression. He is super friendly, polite and fun to talk to. You can tell he loves his job. They even have a courtesy shuttle that can drop you off and pick you up. Adding to their great service. They are honest, reasonably priced, and the service is the best! Modesti’s is my new favorite place to bring my car. I will be recommending them to all my friends.

I've taken several different cars to Modesti's over the years, and service has always been excellent. They are trustworthy and knowledgeable, and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
