My catalytic converter was recently stolen. Jonathon was able to get it replaced and take care of some other necessary maintenance that I'd been putting off. They took my vehicle right in (no lines) and I got it back in a timely manor. Now if I can just get the thieves to leave my stuff alone.

We've been taking our cars (Priuses and Lexuses) to Modestis for more than 20 years now and have been happy clients ever since. We love the fact that it's a family run company with Nick and Melanie always there along with their terrific, trusted associate Jonathan who's been there longer than we've been coming. They do good work and stand by what they do. We've actually never had a problem, but we know if we did they would stand 100% behind their work and do whatever it took to make it right by us. In this day and age, finding a personable business you can trust "in the big city" is worth gold. Fine people make a fine organization and that is Modesti's for us.

First, great experience super nice people. Happy with repair and the way I was treated! Provided photos of what they repaired which i like. Very knowledgeable!! Only downside was price. 300+ for a diagnostic is a shock. It was almost the same price as my repair quote. Good thing i knew what i needed done beforehand so it saved me some money there. They forsure arnt on the low end but you are paying for quality of work which I think is worth the price for some repairs. If you need work done and don't know where to go and don't want to worry about quality go here!! Am planning on going back for important work I can't do myself!!

Honest people that don’t create extra work.

There are several choices for the level of cleaning, and you can sign up for a monthly subscription which is the cost of two washes, so if you plan on washing your car weekly, this may be a good option. The subscription is tied to the car's license plate and is read by the computer when you come in. I chose the highest level since I had a lot of bugs on the front from a road trip. It was an easy process. Just drive up to the track where someone will guide you in and spray your car with a pre-wash. Then put your car in neutral and make sure the parking brake is off. You'll be guided through all the different sprays and brushes. Then you'll have high speed air dry off your car. This gets about 97+% of the water off your car. I suggest you bring a couple microfiber towels if you want the car to be perfectly dry. Once the car is air dried, you are told to drive through and you can continue to the free vacuums where you have a choice of a flat carpet nozzle or a crevasse tool. They have great suction and if you accidentally vacuum something that shouldn't have been vacuumed, there is a basket that you can access to get whatever it was out. All in all, I'd say it was fast and efficient. Most of the bugs came off the car (it was a cross country road trip, so the quantity of bugs was high and they were dried on quite well), more than I would have expected, so it was a success. The car looks nice and clean. What more could you want from a DIY wash?

I really like this place. When I first came, they explained how all the things my previous mechanic try to upsell me were not necessary. They have save me a lot of money as I see other reviews Echo as well. I recommend them to other people as well. I like this business!
