As always, Modesti's provided the best and most efficient care for my car. A couple of minor needs were pointed out to me (rear brakes soon, etc.) but absolutely no pressure was applied to have the work done asap. Jonathon and Danny are the best and I will continue to bring my Volvo to Modesti's as well as recommend them to my friends and family.

We thought that we were due for a very expensive replacement of struts on our 13 year old Honda. But rather than routinely replacement, you told us that they were not needed! How many car repair businesses would have done that???? Thank you Modesti's for taking care of our cars for over 30 years!

The customer service reps are excellent and honest. They know me and my car and remember us everytime we go there. They are honest about what needs to be done to our car and don't try to upsell.

I've been going to Modesti's for some years now and would never think of changing. These guys are soooo honest and real about car repairs, what is needed now and what repairs can wait. Their prices are quite fair too. They don't mind taking time to talk to you personally about your car, to listen to you and to give you advice. My sister comes from North Hollywood to Modesti's. Now that's trust!

I was happy to find a caring, competent service so close to home. The front desk people were friendly, but more importantly, the service was excellent. The facilities were clean. They were a pleasant contrast from another company on the westside (near Santa Monica) which had performed the same repair several years back, but did it poorly at same price - I had to return the car once and they still didn't get it right -- (it was a clutch cable replacement) -- hence, I needed to have the work redone and am happy that I chose Modesti's. I think I have found a car service center that I would trust and to which I'd return.

My Honda Fit's oil life indicator went down to 20% last Thursday, and while I knew I had an appointment for a 60,000 service to be done in a couple of weeks, I didn't want to risk it, so on Friday I called and asked if I could come in Monday for a routine oil change. I was happily told I could, and brought it in yesterday. I was happy to hear the car had no issues, and the oil life indicator is now back to 100%. Been going to these guys for years, and they've always been honest and up front with them. I live in Koreatown, but I'll still make the drive to Modesti's no matter where I am.
