As others have said, I never feel as though they are trying to sell me anything I don't need. We go over the bill when service is done & any explanations I need, are forthcoming. Can't recall who put me on to them, but I appreciate their professionalism, yet they are very friendly & "up-front". Its Modesti's for me!! Thanks guys!!

Modesti's is, as it has been for the last 30+ years since we have been having been having them repair our cars, perfect. Period!!!

Have been here twice, and both times service was done professionally, competently, and honestly. I don't feel that they were trying to find things wrong just to increase the tab. I think I got an honest assessment of the work that needed to be done now versus items that could wait until later. The reason I starting using Modesti's is that with my prior servicer, Toyota of Marina del Rey, I felt was always trying to "sell" me additional services that I did not necessarily need, and did not give me a clear understanding of the urgency of each of them.
