My experience has been that the service reps will advise what should be done, whether the repair needs to be done right away, or if it can wait. What refreshing advice to a customer instead of the hard-sell approach.

Modesti's is great! I started going here last year and I couldn't be happier. These folks are very honest and treat their customers with respect. My vehicle is older but I take great care of it. I've become used to taking it to the drive through oil change places where they try to stick you with a bunch of services you don't need. The first time I took my Navigator in for an oil change, I fully expected to hear the same old story about services I need to have completed. That wasn't the case. Jonathan told me the vehicle was in great shape and they gave it their full inspection and nothing else needed to be done.I went in again today for an oil change and mentioned that the front brakes were squeaking a bit. I'm sure that 80% of the repair places this side of the Mississippi would take that as an invitation to perform a brake job whether it needed it or not. Again, this wasn't the case at Modesti's. They called me up after the oil change was complete and let me know that there was plenty of brake pad left and they wouldn't need servicing for some time. Now that's honest! I did have a couple additional services completed but nothing extraordinary or overly expensive.If you live on the west side and you're looking for a great place to take your ride and not get taken advantage of, Modesti's is the place.

I always have a wonderful experience at Modesti's. I know that when I get a recommendation to repair something on my car, it is something that actually needs to be done. I only wish that Modesti's had another center in New Orleans where my son is going to school. I wouldn't have any questions about the repairs that he is told needs to be done on his car. After using Modesti's for 15+ years my sister-in-law recommended that I try their service. In using their service, I found them to be extremely honest, trustworthy,and reliable. They keep my car in tip top shape. Also,they send out reminders,coupons and remember you on special occasions.

Got the suggested Transmission and Brake flush but don't really feel a difference in how the car drives.
