Modesti's has been my service and repair center for 5 years. That's because they're reliable, honest and responsible. Also, they're a rare commodity in Los Angeles businesses--they're friendly. They actually practice good customer service. Their prices are about middle of the road, but the quality of their work is gold standard. I reserve one star for the fact that they don't open on weekends. Otherwise, I'll always be a member of Team Modesti's.

Modesti's is great! All the work they have done on my last two cars has been top notch. The facility is clean and even has wifi so i can bring my laptop and do work. I've refered family and friends and all have been happy with the service and quality of work! Only reason I didn't give them 4 stars only because they are not open Sundays - but who wants to work on Sunday anyway :)

When I first moved to the area, I was in desperate need of a mechanic, and found Modesti's online. On their webpage they clearly posted their customer service awards and their seal of approval from the BBB. My experiences completely confirm their reputation: with their thorough records and great customer service they know my car AND me as well. Couldn't recommend them more. If they have a fault it's that they're not the cheapest place in town, but you never have to worry about whether it was done right, and their shuttle service and comfortable facilities are worth every bit.
