I've had two vehicles in for service here. Very friendly, no problems. Oil change/tire rotation took a bit long, and that's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

By mere chance after checking AAA's list of recommended auto repair places, I choose Modesti's since it was near home and work. What a find - courteous, honest, and reasonably priced. To boot, they have provided transportation to either to home or work.

Have been going to Modesti's for years. Excellent service, good value, no BS -- something hard to find in L.A. I was a little disappointed in my last visit though. After car was returned for a simple 20K check-up, my air settings were changed and my stereo was tuned to a Spanish speaking AM radio station. Fix the car, check the settings and take it for a test drive, but shouldn't you set the systems back to original settings? And what's with the Spanish AM radio station? I am surprised something this obvious was missed. I will admit, it was a late afternoon appt., perhaps the last of the day, but shouldn't the attention to detail be the same for the first appt. as well as the last appt. of the day? I'll continue to go to Modesti's. They have my trust and they will continue to have my business.

I have been a customer for over a year now. I am pleased with their service and parts. I used to take my car to the dealership for service, but not anymore because Modesti does such an excellent job and uses better parts.

As usual, I was attended to promptly and courteously. Car was serviced in timeframe mentioned. Received ride to home and back. Thanks again!

I have been going to Modesti's for years now. Just last week my car broke down in the valley near my home so I decided to take it to someone there to fix. They only fixed part of the problem and my car broke down again the next day. Luckily I was on the westside and had it towed into Modesti's. I love the professionalism there. They call me in a timely manner to let me know what needs to be done and the cost. The cost doesn't change at the last minute and I know they are going to fix the problem. They have a wonderful shuttle service if you live close or a great set up with a rental car service. Their reception area is clean and inviting. They send reminders via email to schedule routine check ups. Bottom line: I have a dependable vehicle I can feel safe driving.

Modesti's is WONDERFUL... We have been going for auto service there for more than 2 years. There prices are reasonable and they are extremely HONEST!!!!!!!! Car broke down this week and I gave them a quick call. They provided telephone number to a tow truck company and when I arrived they were extremely helpful. The staff is great and if you live close by, they will provide a ride home. I highly recommend Modesti's.

Another customer recommended Modesti's, so I started going there about four years ago. Have had great service each time.
