Went in for a battery change and for them to check my brakes. Through the whole process they explained what they were going to do and how much it would cost. The battery was straight forward. The brakes they called back saying the brake pads were fine, some rust around the brakes and the brake fluid test indicated I need a brake fluid flush. I didn't feel pressured to have it flushed but did it anyways. When i came to pick up my car. They showed me all the steps they took for my car, explained the work done and etc. Very patient and informative. Never felt dumb or talked down to. Would def go back again.

Wouldn't bring my Honda anywhere else. AAA approved with good reason. They have never let me down. I've had three Hondas only serviced there in the last 25 years.

The place is great. Why go anywhere else? 1) They are available or at least make themselves available.I can call just about anytime and get my car in for service at a time convenient to me. 2) They are reasonably priced. 3) They do good work -- I've never had an issue. 4) Nice people to deal with, always friendly and courteous. I really like it when a business (a service provider I consider essential, i.e. no car, I'm toast) does NOT give me a reason to search further.

It's actually a pleasure getting my car serviced here; I feel I'm working with professionals who are looking out for me. My dealership shop had recommended v expensive repairs that Modesti could not find a reason for. I saved a bundle, and they found a new customer. I understand why several of my friends have been coming here for years and wouldn't dream of going elsewhere.

Modesti's staff always provides great explanations of the work to be performed without high pressure. Danny actually showed me pictures of the problem and explained it using diagrams. It's a very warm and respectful environment once you walk in the doors. Martin, the driver is always a delight to take a ride home and back to the shop.
