I love the service and convenience of Modestis. They are friendly and professional, and they explain everything that they have determined needs attention in my car. My car is always ready when they say it will be. They keep meticulous records of what has been serviced in the past and what needs attention in the moment. Though I live nearby and can walk home when I leave my car, they also offer a shuttle for those who live or work further away. Great mechanics and great office staff. One of the best car care places!

I highly recommend Modesti's. The quality of their repairs (brakes and belts, in my case) is first rate. Plus, they noted all repairs suggested to be done in the near future. They get 4 and a half stars from me, since their prices are a little higher than others.

I've had two vehicles in for service here. Very friendly, no problems. Oil change/tire rotation took a bit long, and that's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

By mere chance after checking AAA's list of recommended auto repair places, I choose Modesti's since it was near home and work. What a find - courteous, honest, and reasonably priced. To boot, they have provided transportation to either to home or work.

Have been going to Modesti's for years. Excellent service, good value, no BS -- something hard to find in L.A. I was a little disappointed in my last visit though. After car was returned for a simple 20K check-up, my air settings were changed and my stereo was tuned to a Spanish speaking AM radio station. Fix the car, check the settings and take it for a test drive, but shouldn't you set the systems back to original settings? And what's with the Spanish AM radio station? I am surprised something this obvious was missed. I will admit, it was a late afternoon appt., perhaps the last of the day, but shouldn't the attention to detail be the same for the first appt. as well as the last appt. of the day? I'll continue to go to Modesti's. They have my trust and they will continue to have my business.

I have been a customer for over a year now. I am pleased with their service and parts. I used to take my car to the dealership for service, but not anymore because Modesti does such an excellent job and uses better parts.

As usual, I was attended to promptly and courteously. Car was serviced in timeframe mentioned. Received ride to home and back. Thanks again!
