You guys are the best. The best mechanics, the best business people and the best at service. Although I have to say - I did not get a bottle of water this time. But heh - if that's the worst thing I can say about my truck mechanics I am way ahead of the curve.

Their personel are extremely friendly and efficient. All work is done in a timely manner, I have a lot of confidence in Modesti's taking good care of my Toyota and always keeping me informed about what is going on. Please change the name to Diane instead of Annette. Thanx Diane Swain

The staff and mechanics at modesti's is very professional and knowledgable when it comes to providing service to your vehicle just like going to a dealership without paying dealership prices. Nick, Jonathan, and Danny are very friendly and pretty thorough when it comes to meeting the needs of their customers.

I decided to get a third opinion about repairs for my Toyota since the dealership quoted thousands of dollars and most seemed to be duplicate repairs. I went to Modesti's for the free courtesy check. They identified the repairs at an affordable price and repaired my camry the next day. All personnel and service including the courtesy shuttle were very professional. I am very happy with Modesti's and will continue to take my camry there for all car repairs. A big thank you goes to Danny who is the ultimate professional and very friendly.

My experience has been that the service reps will advise what should be done, whether the repair needs to be done right away, or if it can wait. What refreshing advice to a customer instead of the hard-sell approach.

Modesti's is great! I started going here last year and I couldn't be happier. These folks are very honest and treat their customers with respect. My vehicle is older but I take great care of it. I've become used to taking it to the drive through oil change places where they try to stick you with a bunch of services you don't need. The first time I took my Navigator in for an oil change, I fully expected to hear the same old story about services I need to have completed. That wasn't the case. Jonathan told me the vehicle was in great shape and they gave it their full inspection and nothing else needed to be done.I went in again today for an oil change and mentioned that the front brakes were squeaking a bit. I'm sure that 80% of the repair places this side of the Mississippi would take that as an invitation to perform a brake job whether it needed it or not. Again, this wasn't the case at Modesti's. They called me up after the oil change was complete and let me know that there was plenty of brake pad left and they wouldn't need servicing for some time. Now that's honest! I did have a couple additional services completed but nothing extraordinary or overly expensive.If you live on the west side and you're looking for a great place to take your ride and not get taken advantage of, Modesti's is the place.
