The ONLY negative was that the vehicle was to be finished in a "few" hours from 8:30 when I dropped it off. Few to me means 3 hrs. After 4 hrs I called to find that everyone was out to lunch. A better time frame would help in scheduling my time. Other than that... you guys are great!

I bought a Honda because Modesti's reputation was so good (and your relationship with your mechanic lasts a lot longer than your relationship with your car salesman)and Modesti's has lived up to their reputation in all aspects. They are always clear about the cost, reason, and option of a repair. The guys at the desk are friendly and professional. The only time my car has failed since Modesti's has done its servicing is when I ignored their recommendation to replace the hoses and, sure enough, one blew out on I-5 in August. My Honda is going on 200,000 miles and still runs like a top.
Got a quick, quality checkup and oil change. As always, the guys were friendly and did good, quick work.
These guys kept my car in their shop until the problem was fixed. Although my part was super expensive they were able to fix the problem and were informative and friendly. My car was ready as soon as the part was replaced and now everything works fine.

Few would think an oil change as significant but at Modesti's they take the time to do a safety check which I found to be very comforting. All this is done in a timely manner where at other places would take a 1/2 day. Thanks
