The place is great. Why go anywhere else? 1) They are available or at least make themselves available.I can call just about anytime and get my car in for service at a time convenient to me. 2) They are reasonably priced. 3) They do good work -- I've never had an issue. 4) Nice people to deal with, always friendly and courteous. I really like it when a business (a service provider I consider essential, i.e. no car, I'm toast) does NOT give me a reason to search further.

It's actually a pleasure getting my car serviced here; I feel I'm working with professionals who are looking out for me. My dealership shop had recommended v expensive repairs that Modesti could not find a reason for. I saved a bundle, and they found a new customer. I understand why several of my friends have been coming here for years and wouldn't dream of going elsewhere.

Modesti's staff always provides great explanations of the work to be performed without high pressure. Danny actually showed me pictures of the problem and explained it using diagrams. It's a very warm and respectful environment once you walk in the doors. Martin, the driver is always a delight to take a ride home and back to the shop.

First time customer and very happy with the experience. Facility is ultra-clean (a good sign) and service personnel was very proactive about keeping me updated on what they were finding, quotations, etc. They helped me get a rental car for a good price as well. For me, Modesti is an excellent alternative to dealer servicing.

I was very pleased and impressed with Modesti's Car Care Center. I initially spoke with Jonathan over the phone to ask about servicing my car before I went on a long road trip. Not only was he very helpful but he accomodated me with the service I needed on the spot. They also offered a shuttle service that took me home and brought me back when my care was ready. Pricey, but incredibly honest. Very friendly staff. GREAT coffee in waiting room AND no irritating television or music. Would be 5 stars but for expense.
