EXCELLENT - - 12 STARS OUT OF 10 STARS for Prius Service, Repair, and Installation: Modesti's Car Care Center is EXCELLENT on every measure of vehicle servicing and customer care - - each person at Modesti that handled my initial check-in and auto evaluation, as well as the expert mechanics that actually serviced my Toyota Prius, are all 12 STARS OUT OF 10 STARS. They were ALL Incredibly Responsive and Courteous and the actual service and Specialized Part Installation that they provided for my Prius was equally Excellent and expertly performed. Before I called Modesti's for a specialized part installation that I needed for my Prius, I did a LOT of online research, and I saw that Modesti's Car Care Center consistently received Outstanding Ratings from all their customers regardless of the type of vehicle that was the subject of the service or repair. Modesti's expertly handles nearly any and all vehicles, and it also provides a specialized Catalytic Converter Anti-Theft installation for the Prius - - this is because thieves target the Toyota Prius in order to steal the Catalytic Converter. Everything about Modesti's is clean and professional, and they have a very clean and quiet waiting room where I was able to efficiently get some business tasks completed while waiting for the completion of service. They courteously provided me with updates on the servicing and installation of the anti-theft shield on the underside of my Prius. My special appreciation to Melanie, Nick, Jonathan, and Pedro - - they each provided me with incredible courtesy and detailed and important information, and Pedro provided an EXPERT A+ installation for the anti-theft shield. I have received good service at most of the auto shops that have serviced my vehicles, but I have never received such ALL-AROUND EXCELLENT SERVICE that I received from Modesti's Car Care Center.
