AAA recommended Modesti's to me, and from the first time I called them, I knew it was going to be a good experience. I didn't have any major car problems, but just wanted an overall checkup and oil change. We set up an appointment, I dropped off my car and received a fair estimate for the work, and they had a kind gentleman drive me back to my home. Once my car was finished they called me and sent the same man to come pick me up to bring me back to the shop. When I was there, the associate handling my car mentioned that they used a more expensive oil than they had quoted me, but since they quoted me first, they would not charge me the difference. So kind and fair! I told them what I'm telling you here -- they've got a new customer for as long as I live in the neighborhood. Ask for Jonathan!
