I went to Modesti's because my brakes were making a strange noise and from the outset the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. After an inspection, they ended up having to replace the brakes and the brake pads. Throughout this process, they kept me aware of every step in the decision making process and I never felt that I was being taken advantage of. The team at Modesti's is the best. Jonathan at the desk, the gentleman who cheerfully fights Westchester's horrendous traffic to get me home after drop off, and the technicians who do all factory-recommended maintenance work and repairs (thankfully few so far) all contribute to our family entrusting Modesti with all our cars for over 10 years.

The staff is honest, friendly and efficient. We have been taking our two older cars there for years. Yes, would highly recommend them for small or large repairs.
