I'm satisfied to have dealt with Jonathan for both our vehicles. He is cordial as one can be in the service department. He describes the issues with clarity and is patient enough. I've never felt taken advantage of and have gotten 2nd opinions to validate their recommendations. Modesti's shuttle driver, Freddy is a hoot!

As always, after 25+ years, service is excellent. Jonathan explained everything and offered advice on future maintenance. Can't ask for anything more.
