My auto was fixed as I was told it would be.Ready on time. Some suggestions were made to be done at a later date. which I found helpful I was taken home and picked up when it was ready. I can not imagine taking my car elsewhere to be serviced.

Modesti's team was able to figure out the crazy computer glitch that was happening with my car, fix the problem, and get my car back to me within 24 hours. It was great. They are kind and helpful and will discuss the car's issue(s) with you, if you ask questions. They aide you in being a better car owner by helping you to better understand your car. It seems like this garage understands the importance of the driver and the shop working together as a team. I appreciate that.

I wouldn't take my car's anywhere else!

I was on a business trip and somehow left my personal car keys in my rental car. Landing at LAX I tried the "emergency key" that Lexus provided but my car would not start. Not living in the Los Angeles area, Automobile Club suggested Modesti's to have my car towed to. Within minutes, Modesti's had figured out that the "emergency key" only allowed me to open the door, but not turn over the engine. I called my husband to drive from OC to bring me the spare key. The good people at Modesti's directed me to their very clean lounge and made sure I had water and coffee for my wait. For all of this service, I was not charged anything. I highly recommend Modesti's for your car's service.
