I wouldn't take my car's anywhere else!

I was on a business trip and somehow left my personal car keys in my rental car. Landing at LAX I tried the "emergency key" that Lexus provided but my car would not start. Not living in the Los Angeles area, Automobile Club suggested Modesti's to have my car towed to. Within minutes, Modesti's had figured out that the "emergency key" only allowed me to open the door, but not turn over the engine. I called my husband to drive from OC to bring me the spare key. The good people at Modesti's directed me to their very clean lounge and made sure I had water and coffee for my wait. For all of this service, I was not charged anything. I highly recommend Modesti's for your car's service.

These guys are all about preventive maintenance. It costs more, but you definitely avoid breakdowns on the side of a cold rainy night with these guys. Thanks so much!

Key was stuck in the ignition. Thought it would be a huge nighmare and cost to replace ignition coil. Modesti's was able to fix without replaceing the entire unit. They were timely, kept me informed, and provided me with options. The courtesy car service was great too!

What really builds trust in my eyes is the fact you do not try to up-sell me at all. The recommendations are given and if it is something that I could do myself, you actually say I may prefer that for the simple items. That, my friends, builds customer confidence and long-term relationships. The car definitely runs smoother and has more pep after the service. They are fast, friendly, and straightforward - I've been for mostly minor services but the staff has always taken the time to level with me and truly weigh the pros and cons of performing ANY possible procedure, no matter how slight.
