I've driven by this place many times & never even noticed it because it appears too clean & organized to be an auto mechanics shop. No "grease monkeys" here, just great service, great prices & very helpful employees.

I Cecilia have been taking my car to Modestis Car Care Center for 3 years. After years of being ripped off by the Honda dealer, I took my daughter's advice and went to see the Modestis. I have had the most positive experience ever. They have explained every issue that has come up regarding my car. Modesti's has taken care of my 85 CRX including serious work in the engine and transmission . The technician's know my car inside and out therefore can quickly disassemble,replace damage parts and assemble to run like a new car in a in minimum of time . The staff is courteous also I like their transportation service to drive a customer home/work and pick-up when the car is ready .

Without fail, we are met with warm smiles and an attitude of helpfulness. They do what needs to be done to make sure we are satisfied from the small services to the larger repairs. We have been loyal customers for years!

I've been a fan of Modesti's since inception, as our family has had many Hondas over the years. Though updated and remodeled, the same smiles, quality service, and honesty (SO important to me with regards to car repair)are still mainstays at Modesti's. I couldn't give them 5 stars as I don't want to spoil them (ha!), so I'll just say the only gliches I had were that they didn't have an updated email address to respond when I "requested an appointment online" and they don't have a complimentary car wash upon service (which I get with my other non-Honda vehicle's service center). If I have to dig that deep for a "complaint", you see what a great place Modesti's is....

Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate that fact that they prioritize what needs to be done to my car (e.g. this flush is optional now, but more important than this one, etc.) I feel like they're on my side as opposed to trying to take me for everything I'm worth.
